2024年11月28-29日，第七届IEBR一带一路国际教育大会暨来华留学招生合作会议于杭州下沙希尔顿逸林酒店成功举办。本次大会由南京环途教育科技有限公司主办，共有41所中国高校，28所来自印度尼西亚，泰国，马来西亚，老挝，蒙古，哈萨克斯坦等国的高中和大学领导参与会谈，就来华留学招生，长短期项目，校际合作等方面进行了热烈讨论。

The 7th IEBR International Education Conference for One Belt One Road Countries and International Students Recruitment Conference in China was successfully held at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Xiasha, Hangzhou on November 28-29, 2024. The conference was hosted by Nanjing Huantu Education Technology Co., Ltd (MYSTUDYCHINA). A total of 41 Chinese universities and 28 high school and university leaders from Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Laos, Mongolia, Kazakhstan and other countries participated in the talks and had a heated discussion on international students recruitment in China, long-term and short-term projects, and ischool project cooperation.

嘉宾签到环节，众多中外嘉宾在logo墙上签下学校名字，并将印有学校简称的树叶贴至树墙，意遇着来华留学的大树蓬勃生长，生生不息。

During the guest sign-in session, many Chinese and foreign guests signed their school names on the logo wall and pasted leaves printed with the school's abbreviation on the tree wall, implying that the trees studying in China will grow vigorously and forever.

上午9时，各位嘉宾就坐，期待着和各位与会嘉宾的深入会谈。

At 9 a.m., all guests took their seats, looking forward to in-depth talks with all the participating guests.

      开幕式上，环途教育来华留学事业部沈潇女士表示，今年是IEBR大会第一年走出南京，来到美丽的杭州。作为来华留学工作者，我们希望带着更多基地院校的老师们领略中国之美，鼓励更多的孩子多元化的选择读书和生活的城市。从2018年起，环途教育开始招募基地合作教师，以点带面，逐步建立不同国家的招生基地。以学校为支点，向更多的地区推广中国大学招生政策，以合理的价格帮助更多优秀的学子来中国留学。而每年举行一次的IEBR一带一路国际教育大会，给每年为中国高校辛苦推荐学生的老师们一个走进校园的机会，也给新了加入环途教育亚非拉基地联盟的老师一个了解中国高校的机会。

At the opening ceremony, Ms. Shen Xiao from Huantu Education's Study Abroad Division(MYSTUDYCHINA) said that this year is the first year that the IEBR conference has left Nanjing and come to the beautiful Hangzhou. We hope to bring more teachers from partner schools to explore the beauty of China and encourage more children to choose cities for studying and living in a diversified way. Since 2018, Huantu Education(MYSTUDYCHINA) has begun to cooperate with different high school and universities from different countries and gradually established enrollment bases in different countries. With schools as a fulcrum, we will promote Chinese university admissions policies to more regions and help more outstanding students study in China at reasonable prices. The annual IEBR Conference gives teachers who work hard to recommend students to Chinese universities every year an opportunity to enter campus, and also gives teachers who have newly joined the MYSTUDYCHINA  EDUCATOR UNION an opportunity to learn about Chinese universities.

Mr. Chen Yili, Director of the International Student Admissions Office of Tongji University, delivered an opening speech.

 随后，播放了由环途教育精心准备的中国高校展播视频，老师们挥手向海外嘉宾致意。会后，各位海外嘉宾纷纷表示要将视频拷贝回去，作为推广给本国学生的宣传素材。

Afterwards, a video of Chinese universities carefully prepared by Huantu Education was played, and the teachers waved to greet the overseas guests. After the meeting, all the overseas guests said they would copy the video back home as promotional material to their own students.

开幕式后，主会场会谈正式开始，中方院校代表与海外嘉宾一一会谈，介绍本校2025年招生政策和优势，海外嘉宾认真做着笔记，看似一场小小的会谈，却可能是改变一个学生命运的开始。环途教育秉持“让每个人都有机会接受高等教育”的理念，深耕一带一路沿线教育资源，紧跟国家脚步，做有温度，有深度的来华留学。

After the opening ceremony, the main venue talks officially began. Representatives of Chinese institutions met with overseas guests one by one to introduce their school's 2025 enrollment policies and advantages. Overseas guests took notes seriously. It seemed like a small talk, but it might be the beginning of changing a student's destiny. Huantu Education adheres to the concept of "giving everyone the opportunity to receive higher education", deeply cultivates educational resources along the Belt and Road, keeps up with the country's pace, and provides warm and in-depth study abroad in China.

      主会场进行的同时，分会场主题讨论也在进行；分会场将中国高校招生需求具象化，并且邀请了海外资深来华留学负责人对本国教育体制，来华留学需求进行详细介绍，为中国高校日后制定招生政策提供了丰富有效的信息。

While the main venue was in progress, topic meeting were also underway in the sub-venues; the sub-venues concretized the enrollment needs of Chinese universities and invited senior overseas students in charge of studying in China to give detailed introductions to their country's education system and the needs of studying in China, providing rich and effective information for Chinese universities to formulate enrollment policies in the future.

     大会闭幕式上，环途教育为各位基地合作院校颁发2025年度基地合作授权书，感谢各位老师为来华留学做出的卓越贡献，每年，都会有新的一批基地院校加入环途教育一带一路院校联盟，他们是持续推动中国高校来华留学招生发展的血液，也是中外教育和文化交流的搭桥人！

At the closing ceremony of the conference, Huantu Education(MYSTUDYCHINA) issued the 2025 Partnership Authorization Letter to every headmasters, thanking all teachers for their outstanding contributions to studying in China. Every year, a new batch of schools will join the MYSTUDYCHINA EDUCATOR UNION. They are the blood that continuously promotes the development of Chinese universities' enrollment of international students in China, and they are also the bridge builders of education and cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries!

      会议有限，合作无限，虽然线下的会面十分短暂，但是中外教育者有一颗共同的初心，为我们的国家培养更多有用的人才，推动中国与世界各国之间友好合作关系，共同发展，携手共赢，相信在不久的将来，我们会在校园里看到更多新鲜的面孔，他们的到来，将持续推动世界友好发展，造福各国人民。IEBR一带一路国际教育大会暨来华留学合作会议，让我们相约明年，相约南京/苏州/武汉/深圳。。。

Meetings are limited, but cooperation is unlimited. Although the offline meeting is very short, Chinese and foreign educators have a common original intention to cultivate more useful talents for our country, promote friendly cooperation between China and other countries in the world, and work together for common development and win-win results. I believe that in the near future, we will see more fresh faces on campus. Their arrival will continue to promote friendly development in the world and benefit people of all countries.
