2023年的冬日，寒冷来的格外晚，在这个温暖的冬日，由南京环途教育科技有限公司举办的第六届IEBR一带一路国际教育大会暨来华留学招生合作会议（南京）于2023年12月8日在金陵饭店成功举办。这次是IEBR大会在疫情之后的首次线下会议，22位来自一带一路国家的高中校长和大学国际处领导，与20所中国高校进行了就来华留学招生，长短期项目合作等主题进行了热烈讨论。

In the winter of 2023, the cold came extremely late. On this warm winter day, the 6th IEBR International Education Conference for One Belt One Road countries and Study in China Admissions Cooperation Conference (Nanjing) held by Nanjing Huantu Education Technology Co., Ltd. was held on December 2023 at the Jinling Hotel. This is the first offline meeting of the IEBR conference after the epidemic. 22 high school principals and university international office leaders from Belt and Road countries held discussions with 20 Chinese universities on topics such as enrollment in China, long-term and short-term program cooperation, etc.

     开幕式上，环途教育来华留学事业部沈潇女士，就大会举办初衷进行阐述，沈潇女士表示，自2018年以来，环途教育开始大力开发海外高中和大学资源，开始招募基地合作教师，以点带面，逐步建立不同国家的招生基地。以学校为支点，向更多的地区推广中国大学招生政策，以合理的价格帮助更多优秀的学子来中国留学。而每年举行一次IEBR一带一路国际教育大会，给每年为中国高校辛苦推荐学生的老师们一个走进校园的机会，也给新加入环途教育亚非拉基地联盟的老师一个了解中国高校的机会。
At the opening ceremony, Ms. Shen Xiao,the director of FUTURELINK(Huantu Education) in China explained the original intention of holding the conference. Ms. Shen Xiao said that since 2018, FUTURELINK began to vigorously develop overseas High school and university resources, began to recruit base cooperation teachers, and gradually established enrollment bases in different countries. With the school as the fulcrum, we will promote Chinese university admissions policies to more regions and help more outstanding students come to study in China at reasonable prices. The IEBR International Education Conference is held every year, giving teachers who work hard to recommend students to Chinese universities every year an opportunity to enter the campus, and also giving new teachers who have joined the Asia-Africa and Latin America Base Teacher Alliance an opportunity to learn about Chinese universities.

     中方院校代表，武汉大学国际学院招生办公室主任莫怡文女士致辞，莫老师表达了对各位远道而来的海外嘉宾的欢迎，，并表示，欢迎更多海外优秀学子“留学珞珈，成才武大”。
Ms. Mo Yiwen, a representative of Chinese institutions and director of the Admissions Office of Wuhan University International College, delivered a speech. Ms.Mo expressed her welcome to all the overseas guests who came from afar, and said that more outstanding overseas students are welcome to "study in Wuhan university and become talents in Wuhan University" 

     一带一路海外基地院校代表，印度尼西亚东爪哇教育局理事farida女士致辞，farida女士阐述了来华留学目前在印度尼西亚受到极大欢迎的几个因素和深受学生欢迎的几大专业，并表达了继续为中印两国之间，学生教育，文化交流等方面发光发热的美好心愿。
Ms. Farida, a representative of the Belt and Road overseas base colleges and member of the East Java Education Department in Indonesia, delivered a speech. Ms. Farida elaborated on several factors that make studying in China extremely popular in Indonesia and several majors that are popular among students, and expressed her continued It is a beautiful wish to shine in student education, cultural exchanges and other aspects between China and Indonesia

     中外嘉宾介绍完毕，主会场会谈正式开始，中方院校代表与海外嘉宾一一会谈，介绍本校2024年招生政策和优势，海外嘉宾认真做着笔记，看似一场小小的会谈，却可能是改变一个学生命运的开始。环途教育秉持“让每个人都有机会接受高等教育”的理念，深耕一带一路沿线教育资源，紧跟国家脚步，做有温度，有深度的来华留学。

    主会场进行的同时，分会场主题讨论也在进行；分会场将中国高校招生需求具像化，并且邀请了海外资深来华留学负责人对本国教育体制，来华留学需求进行详细介绍，为中国高校日后制定招生政策提供了丰富有效的信息，
While the main conference was going on, topic meeting in the sub-venues were also going on; the topic meeting crystallized the enrollment needs of Chinese universities, and invited senior overseas study leaders to give detailed introductions to their country's education system and the needs for studying in China, providing a basis for China's education system. It provides rich and effective information for colleges and universities to formulate admissions policies in the future.

   大会闭幕式上，环途教育为各位基地合作院校颁发2024年度基地合作授权书，感谢各位老师为来华留学做出的卓越贡献，每年，都会有新的一批基地院校加入环途教育一带一路院校联盟，他们是持续推动中国高校来华留学招生发展的血液，也是中外教育和文化交流的搭桥人！
At the closing ceremony of the conference, FUTURELINK(Huantu Education) issued partnership authorization letters for 2024 to all teachers from one belt one road countries, and thanked all the teachers for their outstanding contributions to studying in China.
