From November 1st, Chinese universities gradually open for 2024 CSC (Chinese government scholarship )  and local government scholarship as well as university full scholarship . A.中国政府奖学金(CSC）： 

免学费，免住宿费，每月补贴2500元

B.地方政府奖学金(local government scholarship)：

免学费，免住宿费，每月补贴1000元  

 free tuition, free dormitory， stipend 1000rmb/month  

C.学校全额奖学金（university full scholarship ）： 

免学费，免住宿费，每月补贴800-2000元

 free tuition, free dormitory， stipend 800-2000rmb/month

3.申请要求 requirement 

申请人需持hsk4级证书或以上级别，且最低分不低于180分。排名越好的学校，对HSK4成绩要求越高，部分学校要求学生持有HSK5级证书。

applicants should have at least HSK4 certificate and score above 180. some universities with higher ranking ask for high score of HSK4 and some of them even ask HSK5 .
