West Lake lies in Hangzhou, a big city in China. Its beauty is the subject of many poems and paintings. West Lake is surrounded by mountains on three sides, Baidi, Sudi, Yanggongdi, and Zhaogongdi in the lake divide the lake into several water surfaces. The contour of the West Lake is almost elliptical, and the bottom of the lake is relatively flat. The natural surface water sources of the lake are Jinshajian, Longhongjian, Chishanjian (Huiyinjian), and Changqiao Creek. 

There are more than 100 park attractions in West Lake, including "Ten Views of West Lake", "Ten Views of New West Lake", and "Three Comments on Ten Views of West Lake". On June 24, 2011, Hangzhou West Lake cultural landscape was included in the World Heritage List.There are more than 60 national, provincial and municipal key cultural relics protection units and more than 20 The museum has scenic spots such as Broken Bridge, Leifeng Pagoda, Qianwang Temple, Jingci Temple, and Su Xiaoxiao's Tomb.
