There are various kinds of clubs in your college and you can take part in club activities at your spare time. Joining these clubs can not only make your colege life more colorful, but also give you the chance to meet some friends who have the same hobby with you. So, why not join some clubs in your college?  You can choose the club you like to join. I joined the martial arts and boxing clubs last year. Let me introduce this club for you.

The club can be divided into four departments:

1.Traditional martial arts:

Chinese martial arts, traditional Chinese medicine, Peking opera, and calligraphy are also known as one of the four national quintessences of China. This is a traditional department of "martial arts" and "wushu morality", with physical fitness. Learning about traditional martial arts can help you strength your body and make you more healthy. If you want to learn nunchaku, it will be a good choice to join this club.

2.Boxing:

Boxing is a physical, technical and psychological offensive and defensive contest between athletes and two fists. The weapon of offense and defense can only be two fists wearing special gloves, and the target of offense and defense is limited to the body parts above the waist and hips of the opponent. Boxing is called "artistic fighting". The origin of boxing can be traced back to ancient Greece, and it was included in the official competition at the 3rd Olympic Games. It is one of the most well-known fighting techniques in the world.

3.Taekwondo:

One of the official events of the modern Olympic Games, evolved from Taekwondo and Hwarangdo in the Three Kingdoms period of North Korea. It is a popular martial art in South Korea and has become one of the most popular fighting skills in the world. . Taekwondo is composed of three parts: power, fighting, and skill testing. Tae refers to kick and kick; fist refers to boxing; Dao refers to truth and morality. It is a process of experience and perfection. "Etiquette, integrity, tolerance, self-denial and unyielding" is the spirit of Taekwondo. Taekwondo is not only practical, but also highly appreciative.

4.Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu:

It originated from Japanese judo, "The ground is the sea, and your opponent can't swim." is a famous phrase in this ground fighting technique. "Soft" means using flexibility. The characteristic of Jiu-Jitsu lies in making full use of leverage, rather than resisting and comparing with opponents, so that it may be smaller and weaker trainers may sometimes have an advantage, so it is very suitable for self-defense skills. Jiu-Jitsu practitioners will drag their opponents to the ground with their own different moves, and then on the ground, gain a controlled posture. Then use a variety of attack methods such as articulation, twisting or striking techniques to subdue the opponent. In the first UFC Ultimate Fighting Competition, Hawes Gracie won the championship with Jiu-Jitsu in one fell swoop, causing a sensation, and the practicality and effectiveness of Jiu-Jitsu were justified.
