Hangzhou is located in East China, and it is the provincial capital of Zhejiang Province. The Interenet industry in Hangzhou is highly developed, especially the E-commerce industry, such as the biggest E-commerce company:Alibaba. Because of its beautiful scenery, Hangzhou is known as "paradise on earth". The famous West Lake locates here. As a large tourist city, there are various kinds of delicious food in Hangzhou. Let me introduce them for you.

1.West Lake Fish in Vinegar Gravy

West Lake Fish in Vinegar Gravy is a famous dish with traditional local flavor in Hangzhou, Zhejiang. It is usually cooked with grass carp as raw material. After cooking, the chef will pour a smooth, oily sweet and sour on the surface of the fish. Grass carp is rich in unsaturated fatty acids, which is beneficial to blood circulation. This dish is rich in selenium, which can be eaten regularly to have anti-aging and nourishing effects.


2.Longjing Shrimp

Longjing Shrimp is named after the selection of Longjing tea before and after the Qing Ming Festival with shrimps. And it is a famous Hangzhou dish with strong local flavor. They are red and bright, and the color is like agate. It tastes fat but not greasy. There is a story about this dish. It is said that when Su Dongpo did a good thing for the people. Then people loved him more and more and called the meat he sent " Braised Dongpo pork."


4.West Lake Lotus Root Starch

West Lake lotus root Starch is a famous and special product in Hangzhou, Zhejiang  Province. And it has a unique flavor and rich nutrition. The lotus root is the stem of the lotus in the ground. It is specially processed lotus root starch, which is thin, smooth in texture, white and red in color. When taking it, you only need to mix it with a small amount of cold water, and then mix it with boiling water to make a paste. After brewing, the lotus root powder is crystal clear and has a clear taste.
